Update 03/03/2023: Four months after the FBI raid of my homes in Las Vegas and in Rachel, NV I have decided to publish the search warrants today. I am doing this to hopefully put an end to the rumors floating online (and also here in Rachel) about the reason for the search.

The PDF documents below show the warrants as they were handed to us. Only some personal data such as the addresses have been redacted. The large blacked out blocks are close-up photos of our Rachel home. Please note that both warrants are incomplete. The Rachel warrant starts on page 40. We never received the missing pages, and the case file is sealed.

The Rachel warrant specifically states in Attachment "C" #7e that upon request I have to be provided a copy of my seized data. Both I and my attorney have made numerous requests for that data, without so much as a reply from the FBI. I believe that to be in direct violation of the terms set forth in the search warrant!

Also note that the inventory of seized items in Rachel was signed by an OSI agent, indicating that OSI took custody of my property. The USAF OSI has no jurisdiction over American civilians. I believe that to be a procedural mistake in executing the warrant!

I hope this helps clarify things. Apologies for the poor quality. I lost much of my computer gear in the raid and the scans were made with a cheap "burner phone" that for now replaces my seized phone.
